Axon is seeking a Customer Implementation Manager - Enterprise to drive pre-sale and post-sale initiatives for their products. You'll leverage your project management expertise to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication and technical deployment skills.

You understand the importance of customer engagement and are skilled at building relationships with corporate leaders and technology decision-makers. Your ability to act as a Trusted Advisor is key to ensuring customers realize the full potential of Axon's solutions. Experience in the public safety or technology sectors is a plus. Familiarity with cloud software and technical solutions will enhance your ability to support customers effectively. You are adaptable and open to travel, as this role requires up to 75% travel across the United States.
In this role, you will engage with customers to provide consulting, testing, and evaluations of Axon's comprehensive suite of products. You will manage the deployment of solutions, ensuring that they are implemented within customer timelines and meet their specific needs. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and satisfaction. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization within customer workflows, helping them to enhance their operational efficiencies.
You will lead pre-sale support initiatives, working closely with corporate leaders and program managers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding customers through the implementation process, ensuring they are equipped to leverage Axon's products effectively. You will also monitor customer feedback and success metrics, using this information to refine and improve the implementation process.
