Five9 is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to join their AI and Custom Services team. You'll engage with customers to understand their needs and design virtual agent applications using Five9's software. This role requires strong technical and communication skills.
You are a self-managed individual with a passion for customer experience and a strong technical background. You possess the ability to engage with customers to understand their problems, needs, and goals, and you excel in requirements gathering and solution testing. Your technical prowess allows you to design and deliver on challenging customer requirements, ensuring that you meet customer-approved design specifications efficiently. You are knowledgeable about AI applications in the contact center and ideally have experience with Five9's Virtual Contact Center. You thrive in a team-first culture that celebrates diversity and fosters an inclusive environment.
Experience with cloud contact center software and familiarity with Five9's products will be advantageous. You should also have a strong understanding of automation in customer service and be able to push the boundaries of product capabilities while balancing tactical and strategic tasks.
In this role, you will take the lead in configuring voice and digital virtual agent applications on the Five9 IVA Studio. You will engage with customers throughout the entire process, from requirements gathering to production rollout and adoption support. Your responsibilities will include designing and configuring applications that meet customer specifications, ensuring that you leverage Five9's software capabilities effectively. You will also be responsible for knowledge transfer and providing ongoing support to customers as they adopt new solutions. Your role will require you to explore new design patterns and innovate within the constraints of the platform, always keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of your efforts.
