Samsara is hiring an Account Executive to drive sales of their IoT solutions to small and medium-sized customers. You'll engage with multiple stakeholders and negotiate pricing to bring sensor data benefits to various industries. This role is open to candidates residing in the US and is fully remote.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey the value of Samsara's solutions to diverse audiences, including owners, safety managers, and operational leaders. You are adept at managing negotiations and can handle pricing discussions with confidence. Your ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable insights is key to your success in this role.
Experience in sales within the technology or IoT sector is a plus, as is familiarity with the industries Samsara serves, such as agriculture, construction, and transportation. A background in consultative selling or solution-based sales will help you excel in this position.
As an Account Executive at Samsara, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with small to medium-sized customers. You will engage in the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring that you understand the unique needs of each client. Your typical sales will range from $5k to $20k, and you will often conduct proof of concepts to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
