What you'll do

As a Wellness Service Technician, you will deliver genuine and anticipatory service to clients and participants in Convene’s wellness studio. You will partner closely with the Service team to create seamless experiences that exceed client expectations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized environment across all guest-facing and wellness spaces, supporting daily operations such as room set-ups and breakdowns, and executing peak-period service with professionalism. You will also complete administrative and operational tasks using a laptop, ensuring that all processes align with Convene Brand Standards and SOPs. Your role is crucial in making every guest feel welcomed, valued, and at ease during their time at the wellness studio.
