Amazon is hiring a Learning Associate to coordinate and execute training for the Fulfilment Center workforce. You'll be responsible for improving learning effectiveness and supporting training plans. This role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to enhancing employee performance.
You are a proactive individual with a strong commitment to improving training processes and enhancing the learning experience for new hires. You possess excellent organizational skills and are willing to work flexible schedules to meet the needs of the Fulfilment Center. Your ability to analyze data and gather feedback will be crucial in refining training techniques and ensuring that all training materials meet the AMET standard. You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy working with various stakeholders to drive success in training initiatives.
As a Learning Associate at Amazon, you will coordinate and execute training for all process paths within the Fulfilment Center. You will act as a supervisor for Instructors and Peer Trainers, ensuring that they deliver high-quality training to new hires. Your responsibilities will include maintaining up-to-date training records and ensuring that all training materials are aligned with AMET standards. You will analyze data daily to improve the new hire learning experience and provide constructive feedback to Instructors and Peer Trainers on their delivery and performance. Additionally, you will organize cross-training assignments to support peak skill requirements and work closely with operations to identify gaps in critical role training. Your role will also involve supporting the recruitment of Instructors and Peer Trainers and attending meetings to provide necessary information.
