Director of AI Products - Singapore

About the role

We're looking for a mature Product Leader with a forward-looking vision, system thinking mindset, and a strong belief in AI to build the next generation of AI-native office products from the ground up.

This isn't your traditional "feature-stacking" product role. It's about fundamentally redefining how professionals in the AI era use tools, organize information, and collaborate with intelligent agents to get work done. We're focusing on highly professional users like doctors, lawyers, sales professionals, consultants, and teachers. Through integrated hardware and software, combined with powerful semantic understanding and intelligent generation capabilities, we aim to build truly "work-savvy" AI assistants.

You'll be fully responsible for the product ideation, roadmap, technical design, and customer segmentation to build the core flywheel for our AI office products.

What you will do

• Define AI Office Product Paradigm: Design human-AI collaboration models and experiences for professional working scenarios.

• Build Product Flywheel: Create a data-driven "capture-extract-utilize" intelligent evolution loop.

• Plan Product Capability System: Integrate Knowledge Base, Workspace, and Agent modules to build the product architecture.

• Manage Product Pace & Resources: Develop roadmaps, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure timely product delivery and experience.

• Lead Global Product Experience: Define the AI assistant's global language style and interaction for multi-language markets (e.g., US, Europe).

• Drive AI Capability Productization: Partner with algorithm teams to develop intelligent capabilities like content understanding, generation optimization, and feedback loops.

• Build & Lead Product Team: Attract, manage, and develop the team, fostering an excellent product culture and decision-making.

What we are looking for

• 10+ years of product engineering experience, with 3+ years of direct experience in building AI/LLM/Conversational AI Office products.

• Proven track record of building and scaling products from 0 to 1.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Engineering, UX, and business teams.

• Deep understanding of AI-native product design; clear grasp of GenAI, Agent architecture, knowledge augmentation, and user feedback learning.

• Ability to define product vision and frameworks, set priorities, and establish development pace.

• Experience serving professional (To-Pro) users preferred, especially in complex industry scenarios.

• Passionate belief in AI's future and a drive to shape how AI transforms work.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese with a global mindset.
