Dropbox is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support senior leaders in driving organizational health and talent development. You'll work closely with leaders to navigate people challenges and implement effective people programs. This role requires familiarity with AI technologies to enhance productivity.
You have 5+ years of experience in HR, ideally as a Senior HR Business Partner, where you've successfully partnered with senior leaders to drive organizational health and effectiveness. You possess strong judgment and influence, enabling you to navigate complex people challenges while ensuring that HR programs are effectively implemented across teams. Your ability to provide candid feedback and practical coaching makes you a trusted advisor to leaders.
You are familiar with or have expertise in AI industry technologies and ethical principles, allowing you to identify related business opportunities in HR. Your comfort level with using AI to enhance productivity is a strong asset in this role. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Experience in a Virtual First company is a plus, as you understand the dynamics of remote work and how to foster strong connections and collaboration among teams. You are passionate about aligning people strategies with business goals, enabling growth and innovation while strengthening company culture.
In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to support organizational health, team effectiveness, and business performance within aligned client groups. You will lead and execute core People Rhythm processes, including performance management, compensation, talent planning, and engagement, ensuring consistency and quality in all HR initiatives. Your role will involve providing thoughtful guidance and coaching on people-related decisions, helping leaders navigate challenges effectively.
You will also play a key role in shaping the people strategy at Dropbox, empowering leaders and employees to do their best work. By aligning people strategies with business goals, you will contribute to the overall success of the organization. Your insights and recommendations will be crucial in driving talent development and enhancing team dynamics.
