As a Website Content Intern at Formlabs, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sharing the possibilities of 3D printing with the world. You will work closely with our Website Content Specialist to build aesthetic, conversion-focused web pages that appeal to our target audiences, contributing directly to brand awareness, organic traffic growth, demand generation, and sales. The Job:

This role is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to the full lifecycle of website content operations. You will be a vital support partner to the team.

• Content Management System (CMS) Support: Master our (custom Django) CMS by assisting with building new webpages, updating existing pages, and learning to create new web page templates.
• Global Content Operations: Support the core content operations by uploading English and localized content and assets to the website, creating landing pages, uploading videos, and assisting with keeping content inventories accurate.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Participate actively in quality assurance testing to verify that all new and updated web content functions properly across various platforms and browsers.
• Process Collaboration & Documentation: Collaborate with the Web team to document content processes, creating resources that empower internal stakeholders to better utilize web tools.
• Performance Review: Review reports from web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand website performance and learn how to implement improvements based on data.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Web and Sales to understand content needs and delivery timelines.

You:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a University/college degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Journalism, Communications, Education, Linguistics, Public Relations, or a similar field.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills; other languages are a significant plus.
• A proactive, goal-driven mindset with a strong willingness to take initiative and solve problems.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional planning abilities.
• Demonstrates an eager interest in digital marketing, web content management, and SEO best practices.
• Comfortable working both independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively within an agile, cross-functional team environment.
• Basic familiarity with building or managing websites (personal projects count!)

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with marketing or web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs).
• Any experience or coursework related to content and SEO best practices.
• Previous experience or coursework with a CMS platform (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.).
• Experience with design tools (like Figma) or basic photo/video production/editing.
• Any exposure to B2B marketing concepts.
• Writing or editorial experience (school newspaper, personal blog, etc.).
• Familiarity with 3D printing or the 3D printing industry
