Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within network operations or a related field. You possess a strong understanding of operational excellence and have successfully led cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals. Your expertise in managing large projects ensures that you can navigate complex challenges and deliver results efficiently. You are skilled in risk identification and mitigation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You excel in developing executive reporting materials that keep senior leadership informed and engaged. You are a proactive problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to continuous improvement. You understand the importance of standardization and operationalization in driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Desirable

Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements. You may have a background in data analysis or process improvement methodologies, which would enhance your ability to identify opportunities for operational enhancements. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.

What you'll do

As a Senior Project Manager at Oscar, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end operational excellence within the Network Operations team. You will manage, maintain, and oversee significant projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring that they align with the company's goals and objectives. Your role will involve leading multiple large work groups, coordinating efforts to ensure efficient and repeatable processes that minimize operational, financial, compliance, and regulatory risks. You will take the lead in program standardization and operationalization, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and conduct root cause analysis. Additionally, you will develop and present executive reporting materials to keep senior leadership informed about project progress and outcomes. You will identify risks and drive improvement opportunities for new programs, maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Organizing critical program documentation, such as meeting notes and decisions, will also be a key responsibility.
