Checkr is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to support sales and customer success teams by designing unique solutions for asset, income, and employment verification. This role requires a proven sales engineering background and offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team.
You are a seasoned Solutions Engineer with a strong background in sales engineering, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You have a proven track record of collaborating with sales and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, and you thrive in environments where you can leverage your problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a company that is disrupting a $5B+ industry.
Experience in the fintech or data verification space is a plus, as is familiarity with the lending industry. You have a passion for technology and a desire to stay updated on industry trends and advancements. Your collaborative spirit and customer-focused mindset make you an ideal fit for our team.
As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Checkr, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales and customer success teams. You will work closely with prospects to understand their unique needs and design solutions that automate the verification of asset, income, and employment information. Your expertise will help drive the success of our largest deals within the Top 300 lender TAM. You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, answering technical questions, and providing insights that help close deals. Additionally, you will collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service from the outset.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our product offerings by providing feedback based on customer interactions and market trends.
