GoCardless is seeking a Customer Operations Performance Manager to optimize and scale operational processes within the Customer Operations team. This role is essential for supporting customer journeys and enhancing operational efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for scaling and optimizing operational processes within the Customer Operations team. You will work closely with team members in Riga and Leeds to ensure that the company's objectives are met.
