Job Description

In this exciting new role as Supply Chain Development Planner, you will be based in our London office, where you will be responsible for developing, improving, and strengthening our supply chain processes to support operational excellence and enhance the end-to-end experience for our customers. You will work closely with colleagues across supply chain, procurement, production, and other UK and global teams.

We are looking for an analytical problem solver with a hands-on, “whatever-it-takes” mindset and strong stakeholder management skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy continuous improvement, and have a passion for building scalable supply chain solutions, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Support the supply chain team with a blend of day-to-day operational workflows and longer-term development initiatives.
  • Use SQL and Google Sheets/Excel to develop ad-hoc analytics and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in building technical solutions and process improvements that optimize supply chain operations.
  • Lead with a data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across local and global teams (supply chain, logistics, production, engineering, finance).
  • Contribute to process mapping, documentation, and identification of opportunities for automation.

Who You Are:

  • A degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an analytical or supply-chain-related role (open to strong graduates with internship experience).
  • Intermediate–advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Intermediate SQL; experience with Qlik or Python is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a logical, structured approach to problem-solving.
  • A willingness to take on both analytical and manual/process tasks, with an eye toward automation and continuous improvement.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change and limited direction.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.

What you will get in return:

● 70% off HelloFresh or Green Chef boxes
● Company pension scheme
● Gym membership
● Bupa private medical insurance (including dental & family cover options)
● Electric vehicle scheme
● Mental health first aiders and an employee assistance programme
● Dog friendly office!
● Nursery support scheme
● Cycle to work scheme
● Group Life Assurance

Location: The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London
