Nooks is seeking an Account Executive focused on upselling their Sales Engagement Platform. You'll work closely with Customer Success to drive adoption and expand revenue within existing customers. This role requires proven experience in sales and a deep understanding of Sales Engagement Platforms.
You have a proven track record as an expansion-focused seller or new-business Account Executive, particularly in the realm of Sales Engagement Platforms. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities within an existing customer base. You thrive in early-stage environments and are excited about the prospect of defining processes rather than following established ones. Your subject matter expertise allows you to effectively communicate the value of the Sales Engagement Platform to customers, ensuring they see the long-term benefits of your solutions.
You are a strategic thinker who can partner directly with Sales and Customer Success Leadership to design, test, and document the SEP expansion playbook. Your ability to run discovery sessions focused on expansion opportunities means you can map SEP capabilities to customer needs and desired business outcomes. You are adept at tracking learnings from wins and losses, continuously refining messaging and ideal customer profiles to enhance the expansion motion.
Experience in a fast-paced sales environment is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like Salesforce that can help streamline your efforts. You are comfortable working with data to inform your strategies and decisions, and you understand the importance of collaboration across teams to achieve shared goals.
In this role, you will own the expansion and upsell revenue for Nooks' Sales Engagement Platform within an existing customer base. You will work closely with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities and drive adoption of the platform. Your responsibilities will include designing and documenting the SEP expansion playbook, ensuring that it is effective and scalable as the company grows.
You will run discovery sessions to uncover expansion opportunities, mapping the capabilities of the Sales Engagement Platform to the specific needs and desired outcomes of customers. This will involve engaging with customers to understand their challenges and how Nooks can provide solutions that enhance their sales processes.
Tracking learnings from both wins and losses will be crucial in this role. You will continuously refine your messaging and ideal customer profile based on these insights, ensuring that your approach remains relevant and effective. Your ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams will be key to your success.
