You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with various stakeholders and facilitate discussions around operational challenges. You are adaptable and comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with time spent in the office.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up new vendor accounts for upcoming launches or relocations, ensuring that all necessary processes are in place for successful onboarding. You will analyze vendor on-time deliveries and develop continuous improvement strategies to enhance performance metrics. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional partners to streamline operations and improve overall launch quality. You will lead initiatives aimed at optimizing supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that align with company growth. You will also be tasked with monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring that delivery expectations are met consistently. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you interpret data related to ERP activities and work with both internal and external partners to scale processes effectively. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence within the DashMart Supply Chain organization.
