You are adept at stakeholder management and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about improving customer experiences through data-driven insights. You are familiar with business intelligence concepts and have experience working with tools like Power BI to visualize data and drive decision-making.
In this role, you will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience through data analytics. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
