You are adept at stakeholder management and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about improving customer experiences through data-driven insights. You are familiar with business intelligence concepts and have experience working with tools like Power BI to visualize data and drive decision-making.
In this role, you will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience through data analytics. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, ensuring that milestones are met and that projects stay within budget.
