You have a proven track record in operations management, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise includes budget management, people development, and driving operational excellence. You are skilled at building positive employee relations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You understand the importance of safety, quality, and customer experience in fulfillment operations, and you are committed to meeting and exceeding performance objectives.
You excel in coaching and mentoring team members, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed. You are adept at leveraging data to inform decision-making and drive process improvements. Your experience with Lean initiatives and quality management systems enables you to implement best practices across departments.
