What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, setting clear expectations and performance metrics. You will drive the creation of quality initiatives and process change initiatives to ensure operational excellence. Your role will involve measuring performance, providing feedback, and holding team members accountable for their results.

You will collaborate with support staff from HR, Finance, and IT to secure resources for projects and initiatives. You will take proactive steps to share best practices across departments and shifts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will be crucial in building a strong leadership bench strength within the Fulfillment Center, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet the challenges of a dynamic operational environment.
