Tide is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their Partner Credit Services team to enhance the credit marketplace experience for SMEs. You'll work on developing innovative financial solutions and contribute to a rapidly growing scale-up. This role requires strong product management experience.
You have a proven track record in product management, ideally with experience in financial services or credit products. You understand the needs of small and medium enterprises and are passionate about creating solutions that help them thrive. You are data-driven and enjoy making decisions based on insights and analytics. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing scale-up. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve both your work and the products you manage.
In this role, you will own the product roadmap for Partner Credit Services, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality features that meet the needs of our users. You will conduct user research to gather insights and validate product ideas, working closely with engineering and design teams to bring those ideas to life. You will define success metrics for your products and analyze performance data to inform future iterations. You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure that our products are effectively positioned in the market. You will lead cross-functional meetings to align on priorities and share updates with stakeholders. You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure that Tide remains a leader in the small business banking space. You will mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product culture at Tide.
