Carvana is seeking an Experienced Auto Painter to join their team in Tooele, UT. You'll be responsible for professional automotive painting, including blending and paint correcting vehicles. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive painting.
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating a high level of skill in various painting techniques including base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats. Your expertise extends to blending adjacent panels and correcting paint on vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish that meets Carvana's high standards. You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You understand the importance of attention to detail and take pride in your work, knowing that each vehicle you paint contributes to the overall quality of Carvana's offerings.
Experience with state-of-the-art painting tools and techniques is a plus, as is familiarity with high-tech inspection processes. You may also have a background in automotive repair or restoration, which enhances your understanding of vehicle aesthetics and functionality. A valid driver’s license and the ability to communicate effectively in English are essential for this role.
As an Experienced Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, applying paint with precision, and ensuring that all work meets the company's quality standards.
