Appier is seeking a Senior Renewal Sales Representative to grow existing business relationships in the Great China Region. You'll collaborate with the Customer Success Management team and leverage your expertise in SaaS solutions. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, particularly with enterprise-level accounts.
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in managing enterprise-level accounts. Your strong business acumen allows you to identify renewal opportunities and execute effective selling strategies. You are skilled in maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction, which is crucial for preventing churn and managing renewals. Your experience in selling SaaS solutions, especially in marketing systems, chat, analytics, or customer data platforms, sets you apart. You possess excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in English, which you use for internal collaboration and client interactions. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and having professional knowledge of data and AI products is a nice-to-have.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying renewal opportunities within your assigned accounts and executing on selling strategies, including proposals and negotiations as necessary. You will maintain the revenue of your assigned accounts by ensuring retention and renewals across the Great China Region. Collaborating closely with the Customer Success Management team and other functions at Appier, you will ensure account and key stakeholder satisfaction, participating in customer quarterly business reviews. You will also work with new territory sales representatives to grow revenue in existing accounts through strategic coverage and opportunity identification. Maintaining proactive communication with your assigned accounts will be essential to identify pain points and engagement opportunities. You will be responsible for strong forecasting and pipeline management of your assigned accounts, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales targets.
