Who you are

You have a proven track record in leading marketing campaigns, ideally with over 5 years of experience in brand marketing. You understand how to create campaigns that resonate with cultural trends while aligning with brand values. Your ability to translate strategic insights into creative platforms is a key strength, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work with diverse teams.

You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to develop insights pipelines that inform creative work. You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and can oversee the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns. Your leadership style fosters creativity and innovation, encouraging team members to experiment with big ideas.

You are passionate about education and understand the importance of making learning accessible to everyone. Your experience in developing brand strategies that drive awareness and engagement will be crucial in this role. You are adept at building relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all aspects of campaign development are aligned with the company's mission.

Desirable

What you'll do

As the Head of Brand Campaigns at Duolingo, you will manage the creation of the annual campaign strategy and calendar in the US, focusing on driving business impact, brand love, and brand awareness. You will oversee the development and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns that highlight Duolingo's product, mission, and characters.
