Your leadership abilities shine as you guide teams through technical challenges and align them with product strategies. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance the availability and performance of ATMs. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at managing stakeholder expectations while delivering on project goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the functional and technical reference for ATM-related solutions, ensuring that all systems operate smoothly and efficiently. You will actively participate in war rooms to manage incidents and guarantee the continuity of ATM operations. Leading projects focused on technological improvements will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you coordinate with technical teams and external suppliers to implement enhancements. You will work closely with the Technical Owner (TO) and Product Owner (PO) to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to availability, obsolescence, and vulnerabilities. Your contributions will include designing technical aspects of products and creating technical roadmaps that guide future developments. You will also identify and eliminate technical impediments, providing continuous improvement plans to enhance ATM availability. Regular alignment sessions will be part of your routine to ensure that technical progress is visible and communicated effectively.
