Carvana is seeking a Customer Advocate I to enhance the car-buying experience for customers. You'll engage with customers at the unique Vending Machine locations and contribute to community involvement. This role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, demonstrating your ability to engage with customers effectively and provide exceptional service. Your passion for helping others shines through in your interactions, making you a key player in enhancing the customer experience at Carvana. You are adaptable and ready to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers. Your strong communication skills allow you to convey information clearly and build rapport with customers, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
Experience in the automotive industry or retail can be beneficial, but your enthusiasm for customer service is what truly matters. You are eager to learn and grow within the company, taking advantage of the performance-based growth opportunities available to you. As a Customer Advocate I at Carvana, you will be at the forefront of our unique car-buying experience, assisting customers with our innovative Vending Machine service. You will guide customers through the process, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your role will involve answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing information about our services and vehicles. You will also engage with the local community, representing Carvana and building relationships that foster customer loyalty.
Your shift will require flexibility, as you will be available to work from 7 am to 3 pm or 1 pm to 9 pm, including weekends. You will be part of a dynamic team that rotates days off, ensuring coverage and support for our customers at all times. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be reflected in your interactions, as you strive to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process.
Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $22/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see increases in your pay every 90 days through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, allowing you to progress from $22/hr to $24/hr within your first year. We believe in investing in our team members' success, providing you with the tools and support needed to excel in your role. Additionally, you will have access to various performance-based incentive programs that can further enhance your earnings.
