Senior Associate, Account Management

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and launching innovative solutions that address the needs of our largest and most complex global Freight Forwarding clients. You will focus on accelerating the growth of all services across the Flexport portfolio, including Air, Ocean, Trade Advisory, Customs, and PO Management. You will partner with teams in the US and Europe to identify new targets and support share of wallet expansion with existing clients. Your ability to analyze client needs and market trends will be crucial in shaping our strategies and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also play a key role in driving initiatives that enhance our service offerings and improve operational efficiency.
