OVERVIEW
Wishpond Technologies is looking for a strategic yet hands-on SEO Specialist who lives and breathes organic growth, someone who can blend technical SEO, keyword research, content strategy, and conversion optimization into one seamless growth engine to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fully remote position, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world. You’ll be the driver behind our organic acquisition roadmap, from keyword intelligence to technical scalability and programmatic SEO execution. In collaboration with the Marketing Department, the SEO Specialist is responsible for the success of Wishpond Technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Keyword Research & Intelligence: Conduct deep keyword, SERP, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Build data-backed keyword maps that guide content creation, landing pages, and programmatic SEO templates.
• On-Page Optimization: Structure, optimize, and scale high-performing pages with laser focus on search intent, internal linking, and conversion flow.
• Technical SEO: Audit, troubleshoot, and optimize site architecture, crawling, indexing, structured data, and Core Web Vitals. Collaborate with developers to implement fixes and maintain technical excellence.
• Programmatic SEO: Conceptualize and build scalable page templates and data-driven content systems that can produce 1,000+ pages at high quality. Work with engineering or low-code tools to deploy them efficiently.
• SEO Content Strategy: Lead keyword and topic mapping, define content clusters, and build editorial guidelines that align SEO goals with brand and user needs.
• Conversion Optimization (CRO): Work with growth and product teams to refine on-page messaging, CTAs, and user journeys for maximum impact.
• Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2–4 years of SEO experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B.
• Proven success in scaling organic traffic from 0 → 100K+ monthly visitors.
• Deep understanding of keyword research, on-page, and technical SEO (indexation, sitemaps, redirects, structured data, Core Web Vitals).
• Programmatic SEO expertise, ability to conceptualize and build scalable, data-fed landing pages.
• Content strategy & topical authority skills can turn keyword data into editorial direction.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS (bonus: can tweak front-end for quick fixes).
• Comfort working with tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Semrush, and Looker Studio.
• A testing mindset obsessed with experimentation, iteration, and continuous optimization.
• A degree or diploma that contributes to the organization is considered an asset
• Must be detail-oriented, creative and have a passion for helping clients achieve their goals
• Self-motivated with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships through a client-first mentality
• As part of a diverse team, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Must be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, great time management and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset
Bonus Points If
• You’ve built or scaled SEO for a programmatic-first SaaS or marketplace product.
• You understand automation or low-code workflows to accelerate SEO ops (Airtable, n8n, Make, etc.).
• You have hands-on experience with LLM Optimization and LLM Search Discoverability, understanding how to make content visible and contextually retrievable within AI-driven search ecosystems.
• You can collaborate cross-functionally with developers, designers, and content marketers to ship results fast.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
