Saronic is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee DoD and federal contracts. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliant contract execution. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills.
You have a strong background in contract management, particularly with DoD and federal contracts, and possess excellent organizational skills that enable you to manage multiple contracts effectively. Your ability to interpret regulatory requirements and drive best practices across the contract lifecycle is essential for success in this role. You are a proactive communicator, capable of partnering closely with various internal stakeholders such as Programs, Finance, Legal, and Proposals, as well as external counterparts. Your attention to detail and risk-aware mindset ensure compliant contract execution.
Experience in the maritime or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with autonomous systems. You are adaptable and willing to travel occasionally to customer sites and various Saronic offices, demonstrating your commitment to building strong relationships with stakeholders.
As a Contracts Manager at Saronic, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of a portfolio of DoD and federal contracts. You will lead the contracting strategy, ensuring that all contracts are executed in compliance with applicable regulations and best practices. Your role will involve interpreting regulatory requirements and providing guidance to internal teams to mitigate risks associated with contract execution. You will work closely with Programs, Finance, Legal, and Proposals teams to align contract management efforts with organizational goals.
You will also be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to enhance contract performance and drive efficiencies across the contract lifecycle. This includes conducting regular reviews of contract terms and conditions, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending changes to enhance compliance and performance. Your ability to analyze contract data and provide insights will be crucial in supporting decision-making processes.
In addition, you will serve as a key point of contact for external stakeholders, ensuring that all communications are clear and effective. You will represent Saronic in negotiations and discussions with clients, fostering strong relationships that contribute to successful contract outcomes. Your role will require occasional travel to customer sites and various Saronic offices, allowing you to engage directly with stakeholders and understand their needs better.
