Who you are

You have a strong background in finance, particularly in managing consolidated financial reporting and forecasting. With at least 5 years of experience in finance roles, you understand the complexities of financial systems and can ensure accurate and timely financial insights for leadership. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making. Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional teams, including FP&A, Accounting, and various business units, to align financial goals with organizational strategies. You are comfortable navigating the intersection of finance and technology, ensuring that financial systems are robust and scalable.

Experience in hardware finance or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with financial compliance and reporting standards. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement within financial processes and systems, and you have a track record of implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be presenting financial insights to executive leadership and collaborating with various stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end consolidated financial reporting for all hardware organizations, delivering a single, integrated P&L view across R&D, Product, COGS, and OpEx. You will establish and run the forecasting cadence, ensuring that financial projections are accurate and aligned with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include variance analysis to identify discrepancies and provide actionable insights to leadership. You will also be responsible for the financial systems that support these processes, ensuring they are efficient, compliant, and capable of scaling with the organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights, ensuring that all financial reporting is consistent and auditable. As the embedded owner of the hardware financial backbone, you will play a critical role in decision-making processes at the executive and board levels. You will also be involved in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures that support the organization's growth and complexity.
