What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Consumer Lending Team, you will lead the technical strategy for building scalable Global Lending solutions. You will oversee the development process, ensuring that the systems you create are innovative and user-friendly. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to integrate Afterpay with the Cash App and Square ecosystem, enhancing the overall customer experience.

You will be responsible for defining technical requirements and ensuring that the solutions meet the needs of over 24 million customers. Your expertise will guide the team in making architectural decisions and implementing best practices in software development. You will also play a key role in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges that arise during the development process.
