What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of operators to audit catalog quality, ensuring that product information is clear and sufficient for users. You will work on building, launching, and scaling new initiatives that directly impact Coupang's catalog quality and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and ensure that the catalog meets high standards. Your role will involve strategic planning as well as hands-on execution to ensure that initiatives are successfully implemented.
