Carvana is seeking a Lot Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at their Market Hubs. This entry-level position offers a starting pay of $15/hr with growth opportunities based on performance.
You are an enthusiastic and energetic individual who is self-motivated and enjoys working as part of a team. You understand the importance of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and appearance for vehicles, ensuring that they are always ready for customer viewings. You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years old, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. You are eager to learn and grow within the company, taking advantage of the performance-based career advancement opportunities available to you.
As a Lot Attendant at Carvana, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all vehicles are clean and well-presented. This includes washing and vacuuming the inventory regularly, as well as conducting multi-point inspections on arriving vehicles to check for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns. You will coordinate with fellow employees to ensure timely deliveries and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve inspecting vehicles for any issues and reporting them to the appropriate team members, contributing to the overall efficiency of the operations at the Market Hub.
