Five9 is seeking a Technical Program Engineer to support their Program Management Office with technical expertise in automation and efficiency. You'll work closely with project managers and contribute to various technical initiatives. This role requires experience with the Five9 Intelligent CX Platform.
You have a strong technical background and experience in program management, ideally with a focus on automation and efficiency. Your familiarity with project management practices allows you to align with PMO methodologies effectively. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can adapt to various technical initiatives as needed. You have direct experience configuring the Five9 Intelligent CX Platform, which is crucial for this role. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to fostering an inclusive culture where diverse perspectives are valued. Your technical depth enables you to bridge the gap between implementation and program execution seamlessly.
In this role, you will provide technical support and engineering expertise to PMO-led programs that drive automation and standardization. You will ensure that PMO initiatives are effectively designed, tested, documented, and operationalized. You will also serve as an overflow technical resource for GTM Operations, contributing to configuration, automation, and other engineering activities that enable scale and consistency across the organization. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with program and project managers to ensure alignment with PMO methodologies and contributing to the overall success of technical initiatives. You will be involved in various projects that require your technical skills and project management expertise, ensuring that all initiatives meet the required standards and deliver value to the organization.
