DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager for Financial Products in Strategy & Operations to lead the growth of financial solutions for Merchants. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new product features and processes. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in financial products or services. You enjoy solving customer problems and can deliver results under tight deadlines. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity, creating structure where none exists. You possess excellent analytical skills and can leverage data to inform your decisions and influence cross-functional partners. You are a strong communicator, able to articulate strategies and collaborate effectively with teams across product, engineering, and sales.
In this role, you will report directly to the General Manager of Merchant Financials on the Ads & Promos team. You will strategize by understanding the needs of our Merchants, prioritizing those needs by impact, and creating solutions with cross-functional partners. You will drive the implementation of new product features and processes for managing Merchant financial products. You will navigate in an ambiguous environment, bringing structure to undefined opportunities and creating playbooks and templates as needed. You will analyze data to inform your hypotheses and convince cross-functional partners of your strategies. Your influence will be key as you work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure the successful growth of financial products.
