Staff UX Designer, Ads Agentic Experiences

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 8 years of experience in product design or UX. Your portfolio showcases your expertise in visual design systems and your ability to collaborate effectively with UX functions, Product Management, and Engineering teams. You have a Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, which further enhances your qualifications. With 12 years of experience in product design or UX, you have led design projects for 4 years and have worked closely with executives for 3 years. Your experience includes implementing high-fidelity animations and a strong understanding of motion design principles. You are adept at evolving design systems from static component libraries to AI-generated UI, ensuring that your designs are not only functional but also visually appealing.

What you'll do

In this role, you will conceptualize and prototype novel visual and motion design patterns for conversational UI, data visualization, and agentic interactions that make AI feel intelligent, transparent, and approachable. You will advocate for visual craft and execution across the team, mentoring other designers and inspiring the organization with your passion for design. You will take complex tasks and make them intuitive and easy to use for billions of users globally, creating user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes. Your contributions will play an integral part in shaping the user experience of Google's products, ensuring they are engaging and user-friendly. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, Content Strategists, Program Managers, and Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in design.
