Overview

Asana is seeking a Planning Analyst to support the Revenue Operations organization and collaborate with the EMEA GTM team. You'll manage sales territories and work closely with operations and technology teams, particularly in Salesforce. This role requires experience in strategic planning and data-driven decision making.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in revenue operations or planning, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You are adept at managing sales territories and have a keen understanding of how to drive data-driven decision making within a sales organization. Your analytical skills allow you to surface insights that can unlock growth opportunities for the business. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams, particularly in technology and operations. You have experience with Salesforce and understand how to leverage it for territory management and data enrichment. You are proactive and take ownership of your projects, ensuring that all initiatives are executed effectively.

Desirable

Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with incentive plan design and implementation. You are comfortable working in a hybrid model and can adapt to the needs of a global team. You have a passion for building technology that drives positive change and a commitment to fostering a culture of belonging.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the Annual Planning effort for all Sales, which includes the creation and oversight of sales territories. You will collaborate with the Compensation team to deliver incentive plans to the Go-to-Market teams. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a fast start to every new fiscal year for the Revenue organization. You will identify and execute strategic initiatives that can help up-level the sales team's performance and unlock growth. You will work closely with operations and technology teams to scale data enrichment and territory management in Salesforce, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective. You will also communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and insights.
