Uber is hiring a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support the Delivery Commercial Operations team in New Zealand. You'll partner with sales leaders to drive growth initiatives and improve reporting processes. This role requires deep sales operations expertise and strong analytical skills.
You have 5+ years of experience in sales operations, demonstrating a strong understanding of commercial processes and the ability to analyze complex data sets to drive business decisions. Your expertise in designing and implementing sales strategies has led to measurable improvements in operational efficiency and revenue growth. You possess strong financial acumen and are skilled in using data to inform your decisions, ensuring that your recommendations are backed by solid analysis. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and drive scalable growth. You are adept at using various tools and technologies to streamline operations and enhance reporting capabilities, ensuring that the sales team has the insights they need to succeed. You are passionate about problem-solving and enjoy tackling challenges head-on, always looking for innovative solutions to improve processes and outcomes.
Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools is a plus, as is familiarity with forecasting and pipeline management. A background in the tech industry or experience working in a fast-paced environment would be advantageous, as would a proven track record of driving successful go-to-market strategies.
In this role, you will partner with the ANZ Sales Operations Leader to support cross-segment initiatives that drive scalable growth and enable data-driven decision-making. You will analyze business trends and devise local go-to-market strategies, ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the necessary insights to succeed. You will lead growth initiatives and support the implementation of commercial business cadences, including forecasting, top deals review, and pipeline management. Your responsibilities will also include designing business requirements documents for improvements to organizational tooling and processes, as well as executing experiments to drive growth or efficiency. You will work closely with sales operations leads and commercial teams to run the rhythm of business, ensuring predictability in reporting and alignment with strategic objectives. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying new market opportunities and optimizing existing processes to enhance performance.
