Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in HR business partnering, ideally with a focus on the EMEA region, and possess a deep understanding of talent management and organizational development. Your ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels is a key strength, allowing you to build effective relationships across the organization. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at navigating complex organizational structures to deliver high-impact talent solutions. You are a strategic thinker who balances high-level planning with hands-on execution, ensuring that HR initiatives align with business goals. Your passion for people and commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture drive your success in this role. You are comfortable working in fast-paced settings and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering results.

Desirable

Experience in a global organization is a plus, as is familiarity with various HR systems and tools that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in HR operations. A background in coaching and mentoring others will further strengthen your candidacy, as you will be expected to lead a team of Talent Partners and Advisors. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations across the EMEA region will also be beneficial in ensuring compliance and best practices in HR management.

What you'll do

As the HR Business Partnering Lead for EMEA at Airbnb, you will lead a team of three Talent Partners and Advisors, providing support to over 700 employees and leaders across the region. Your role will involve advising leaders and managers on people matters, ensuring that HR services are delivered effectively and efficiently. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement global HR programs and initiatives, tailoring them to meet the specific needs of the EMEA region. You will also partner with functional experts to conduct research and investigations, supporting function-specific or regionally driven projects. Your strategic insights will help shape talent management strategies that align with business objectives, and you will play a key role in the planning and delivery of cyclical talent programs. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team, encouraging innovative approaches to HR challenges and promoting best practices across the organization.

What we offer

Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of £120,000—£150,000 GBP annually, along with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment that values collaboration and innovation. As part of the Airbnb team, you will contribute to a mission-driven organization that connects people and communities through unique stays and experiences. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse perspectives and backgrounds in our workforce.
