You have extensive experience in HR business partnering, ideally with a focus on the EMEA region, and possess a deep understanding of talent management and organizational development. Your ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels is a key strength, allowing you to build effective relationships across the organization. As the HR Business Partnering Lead for EMEA at Airbnb, you will lead a team of three Talent Partners and Advisors, providing support to over 700 employees and leaders across the region. Your role will involve advising leaders and managers on people matters, ensuring that HR services are delivered effectively and efficiently. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement global HR programs and initiatives, tailoring them to meet the specific needs of the EMEA region. You will also partner with functional experts to conduct research and investigations, supporting function-specific or regionally driven projects. Your strategic insights will help shape talent management strategies that align with business objectives, and you will play a key role in the planning and delivery of cyclical talent programs. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team, encouraging innovative approaches to HR challenges and promoting best practices across the organization.
