Microsoft is hiring a Director Partner Sales Strategy to develop and execute partner strategies for the Cloud and AI Platform. This role requires collaboration across various teams to drive partner success and improve engagement.
You have a strong background in partner sales strategy, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies. Your experience includes working collaboratively across various teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, to translate strategic goals into actionable plans. You understand the importance of partner engagement and investment, and you are skilled at identifying opportunities that enhance partner programs and messaging.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to analyze market trends and partner performance metrics enables you to make data-driven decisions that drive revenue outcomes. You are passionate about empowering organizations to achieve more through innovative solutions and partnerships.
Experience in the technology sector, particularly with cloud and AI solutions, is highly desirable. Familiarity with Microsoft’s partner ecosystem and programs will give you an edge in this role. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle challenges and seize opportunities as they arise.
In this role, you will be accountable for developing and executing the Migrate and Modernize partner strategy, focusing on the Cloud and AI Platform solution area. You will work closely with various teams to define and mainstream the partner program strategy, ensuring alignment with Microsoft’s overall goals. Your responsibilities will include engaging regularly with Solution Area Product Marketing Groups and Global Sales and Operations to identify opportunities that strengthen partner investment and engagement.
You will lead initiatives that drive success across all partner segments, leveraging your expertise to enhance the partner experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate strategic objectives into actionable plans that accelerate growth and improve partner outcomes. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive execution of the partner strategy.
