Overview

HubSpot is hiring a Mid-Level Account Executive for the Small Business team to drive sales in the Nordics. You'll utilize inbound selling strategies and work with HubSpot software to help small and mid-sized businesses grow. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and experience in inside sales.

Job Description

Who you are

You have experience in sales, particularly in an inside sales model, and are comfortable using inbound selling strategies to identify and engage potential clients. You understand the challenges small and mid-sized businesses face and can effectively communicate how HubSpot's software can address their needs. You are skilled at nurturing relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative approach to sales. You thrive in a target-driven environment and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas. You are adaptable and can work flexibly, whether from home or in an office setting.

Desirable

Experience with HubSpot software is a plus, as is familiarity with the Nordics market. You may also have a background in marketing or technology, which can enhance your ability to collaborate with other departments at HubSpot.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the Nordics territory. You will conduct online demos of HubSpot software, showcasing its value proposition to prospective customers. Your primary goal will be to close new business and build lasting relationships with clients. You will work closely with HubSpot's marketing and technology teams to refine sales strategies and adapt to new product features. You will also be expected to research prospects and develop outreach strategies that resonate with small and mid-sized businesses.
