Traba is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to build their analytics foundation from the ground up. You'll drive strategic insights, build forecasting models, and maintain key dashboards to optimize their fast-growing marketplace. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools.
You have 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong background in data analysis and visualization. You are proficient in SQL and have experience with data modeling and building dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI. You understand the importance of data integrity and governance, and you are skilled in Python for data manipulation and analysis. You are comfortable presenting insights to senior leadership and can translate complex data into actionable recommendations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to shape the analytics strategy of a growing company.
Experience in the staffing or industrial sector is a plus, as is familiarity with forecasting models and operational metrics. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys identifying business challenges and leveraging data to drive improvements. As a Senior Data Analyst at Traba, you will be responsible for building the analytics foundation from 0 to 1. You will drive strategic insights by conducting in-depth data analysis and presenting your findings to senior leadership. You will design, build, and maintain dashboards that provide key business metrics and insights to stakeholders across Operations teams. Your role will involve developing data models and forecasting tools to predict operational needs, optimize resource allocation, and ensure efficient scheduling and capacity management. Additionally, you will oversee the development of scalable analytics infrastructure to ensure data integrity, governance, and accessibility.
