Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in growth strategies and user activation. You understand the importance of optimizing user journeys and have a track record of driving measurable improvements through experimentation and iteration. You thrive in environments that value autonomy and ownership, and you are eager to contribute to a mission-driven company that prioritizes financial health for its users.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design. You are data-driven and comfortable using analytics to inform your decisions, ensuring that your strategies are aligned with user needs and business goals. You are passionate about creating transparent and fair financial products that empower users to take control of their financial futures.

Desirable

Experience in the fintech industry or with financial products would be a plus, as would familiarity with A/B testing and user research methodologies. You are adaptable and open to learning, ready to embrace the challenges that come with a growing startup environment.

What you'll do

As the Senior Product Manager I on the Growth team, you will own key parts of the activation funnel for Brigit's flagship product, Instant Cash. Your primary responsibility will be to convert free users into activated, paying subscribers by optimizing the early user journey. You will lead initiatives that drive measurable improvements, leveraging data and user feedback to inform your strategies.

You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to implement changes that enhance user experience and engagement. This includes conducting user research to identify pain points in the onboarding process and developing solutions that address these challenges. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking performance to ensure that your initiatives are effective.

In addition, you will participate in sprint planning and stakeholder management, ensuring that all team members are aligned on goals and priorities. You will have the opportunity to experiment with different approaches to user activation, iterating on your strategies based on what works best for your audience.

What we offer

The company is recognized as one of the best places to work in New York City, reflecting its commitment to employee satisfaction and well-being. You will enjoy a hybrid work model that allows for flexibility while still fostering team collaboration.
