Job Description

Building confidence in that software is one of the most exciting and consequential technical challenges of our time. The In-Vehicle Product Software QA team at Zoox plays a central role in meeting that challenge, with responsibilities spanning AI validation, large-scale test automation, and the development of internal testing tools.

As a Software Development Engineer in Test on this team, you will be a key driver of technical innovation in our test frameworks and infrastructure. You will design and build robust automation frameworks, tackle technically complex testing problems, and create novel tools that empower engineering teams across Zoox. Beyond individual contributions, you will act as a force multiplier—mentoring other test engineers and elevating the team’s overall test design, automation, and software engineering capabilities.
