Software Engineer - Frontend

You have 2–4 years of professional experience building SaaS products or consumer-facing web applications — you understand the nuances of user experience and how to create engaging interfaces that meet customer needs. Your strong understanding of core computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design basics, allows you to approach problems with a solid technical foundation.

Proven experience with Angular or a similar modern frontend framework such as React or Vue is essential — you are adept at leveraging these technologies to create dynamic and responsive web applications. You also have the ability to effectively utilize AI development tools like GitHub Copilot, CodeGPT, Claude, and Cursor, enhancing your coding efficiency while maintaining high engineering standards.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver impactful solutions — your communication skills enable you to articulate ideas clearly and contribute to team discussions. You are committed to writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while following best practices, ensuring the quality and reliability of the features you develop.

Debugging and monitoring production issues is part of your skill set — you take pride in resolving issues promptly to maintain a seamless user experience. You stay current with modern frontend technologies and AI-assisted development practices, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and quality in your work.

What you'll do

As a Frontend Engineer at TripActions, you will contribute to the design and implementation of new product features across our frontend applications — your work will directly impact the experience of thousands of travelers using our platform daily. You will collaborate with product and design teams to ensure that features not only meet business needs but also deliver exceptional user experiences.

Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code is a core responsibility — you will follow best practices to ensure that the codebase remains robust and scalable. Participating in code reviews will be part of your routine, where you will provide and receive feedback to elevate the quality of the entire team's output.

You will also be involved in debugging, monitoring, and resolving production issues — your attention to detail will help ensure that released features maintain high quality and reliability.
