Carvana is hiring for entry-level automotive roles, including Automotive Detailer and Lot Attendant. You'll be responsible for detailing vehicles and moving them within the Inspection Centers. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds are required.

You possess a valid driver's license and have the physical capability to operate vehicle equipment and tools, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently. You are at least 18 years of age and are ready to embrace the challenges of working in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols. You understand the importance of attention to detail, especially when it comes to inspecting vehicles for imperfections and ensuring they are presented in the best possible condition.
While not required, any previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields would be a plus. A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly will help you thrive in this role. You should be comfortable working in a team environment and have good communication skills to collaborate effectively with your colleagues.
In your role as an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for detailing vehicles, which includes washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing to ensure that each vehicle meets Carvana's high standards. As a Lot Attendant, you will move vehicles from one department to another within our Inspection Centers, ensuring that the workflow remains efficient and organized. You may also take on the role of a Photobooth Associate, where you will capture high-quality photos of vehicles for customer viewing. Additionally, as an Inspection Associate, you will inspect the interior and exterior of vehicles, accurately identifying any imperfections or defects that need to be addressed before the vehicles are sold.
