Zscaler is hiring a Senior Sales Engineer for the Majors team in New England. You'll be responsible for driving customer engagement and demonstrating the value of Zscaler's cloud security solutions. This role requires a strong background in sales engineering and customer relationship management.
You have a proven track record in sales engineering, ideally with experience in cybersecurity or cloud solutions — you understand the complexities of digital transformation and can articulate the value of security solutions to diverse audiences. Your ability to build relationships and trust with customers is paramount, as you will be the technical expert guiding them through their journey with Zscaler's offerings.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner. You are driven by results and have a strong sense of accountability, always striving to deliver the best outcomes for your clients.
Experience with cloud security solutions or a background in IT infrastructure would be advantageous. Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and the ability to engage with technical stakeholders will set you apart in this role.
