Your strategic mindset allows you to embed compliance into product lifecycles effectively, ensuring that compliance risks are identified and mitigated from ideation through to post-release monitoring. You are a strong communicator, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive compliance initiatives while fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.

Desirable

Experience in the crypto or fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with decentralized applications (dApps) and their regulatory implications. You are proactive in staying updated on regulatory changes and can adapt compliance strategies accordingly. Your leadership skills enable you to guide teams through complex compliance challenges, ensuring that all stakeholders understand their roles in maintaining compliance.

What you'll do

As the Head of Product Compliance at OKX, you will lead the compliance oversight for all global product offerings. This includes developing and implementing a robust compliance framework that is agile and risk-based, ensuring that all products comply with relevant regulations. You will work closely with product teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-release monitoring, to ensure compliance risks are effectively managed. Your role will involve conducting regular compliance assessments and audits, providing guidance on regulatory requirements, and collaborating with legal and risk management teams to address compliance issues.

You will also be responsible for training and educating teams on compliance matters, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization. Your strategic leadership will be crucial in driving compliance initiatives that align with OKX's business objectives while ensuring that the company maintains its reputation as a trusted brand in the crypto market.
