SecurityScorecard is seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide customers in maximizing the value of their cybersecurity products and services. This role requires strong communication and relationship management skills, with a focus on customer engagement.
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sectors. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex information in an understandable manner. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and are dedicated to ensuring their success with the products and services offered. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS is a plus, as is familiarity with customer success metrics and strategies. You are comfortable using CRM tools and have a knack for data analysis to drive customer engagement and retention. A background in project management can also be beneficial, as you will often coordinate efforts across various teams to meet customer needs.
As a Customer Success Manager at SecurityScorecard, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring they understand how to leverage our cybersecurity rating technology effectively. You will work closely with customers to develop tailored success plans that align with their business objectives. Regular check-ins and performance reviews will be part of your routine to ensure customers are achieving their desired outcomes. You will also gather feedback from clients to inform product development and enhancements, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization.
In addition to managing existing accounts, you will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services that can benefit your clients. You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention. Your role will involve analyzing customer data to track usage patterns and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that clients derive maximum value from their investment in SecurityScorecard.
