Your experience includes working with Azure and other cloud technologies, enabling you to deliver value-based solutions that align with customer goals. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and have a knack for mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance. You are adept at using feedback tools to gather insights and drive customer satisfaction, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the engagement process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the voice of the customer, translating their challenges into actionable solutions that leverage Microsoft’s cloud offerings. You will guide your team in delivering solutions that adhere to company methodologies, ensuring that best practices are followed at every stage. Your responsibilities will include identifying and mitigating blockers that may hinder project progress, as well as anticipating new opportunities for cross-solution expansion. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that customer needs are met and that solutions are scalable across different environments.
