Datadog is hiring a Senior Partner Manager - Channels to manage a portfolio of public sector partners. You'll focus on driving revenue growth and collaboration with Systems Integrators, MSPs, and VARs. This role requires strong partner management experience.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in partner management, particularly within the public sector, where you've successfully driven revenue growth and established strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your ability to navigate complex partner ecosystems and align strategies with business objectives sets you apart. You possess a deep understanding of government and regulated industries, allowing you to effectively engage with partners and customers alike.

Your strong judgment and execution bias enable you to identify and capitalize on new opportunities while protecting and expanding existing business. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes. Your experience with Systems Integrators, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) has equipped you with the skills necessary to embed partners into account strategies and co-sell motions.

You are results-driven and have a proven track record of translating partner maturity into sustained revenue growth. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust with partners and internal teams is essential to your success in this role. You are adaptable and can operate at scale, ensuring that you meet the needs of both partners and customers in a dynamic environment.

Desirable

Experience in a hybrid workplace is a plus, as you understand the importance of work-life harmony and collaboration in achieving business goals. Familiarity with Datadog's products and services will give you an edge in understanding how to leverage partnerships for mutual success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and advance a portfolio of established, revenue-ready public sector partners, focusing on driving consistent outcomes rather than early-stage recruitment. You will protect and expand Datadog's footprint by aligning partners to active customer deployments, renewals, and expansion opportunities across government agencies. Your strategic approach will uncover and accelerate net-new opportunities by embedding partners into account strategies, agency pursuits, and co-sell motions with Datadog's field teams.

You will collaborate closely with Datadog's sales teams to ensure that partner contributions are maximized and that all parties are aligned on goals and expectations. Your ability to analyze market trends and partner performance will inform your strategies and help you make data-driven decisions that enhance partner engagement and revenue generation.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, ensuring that they are equipped to effectively represent Datadog's offerings. Your leadership will guide partners in navigating the complexities of government contracts and compliance, ultimately driving successful outcomes for both Datadog and its partners.
