Overview

DigiCert is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive revenue growth within existing accounts. You'll engage customers to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, working closely with Account Managers and Customer Success teams. What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in generating cross-sell and expansion opportunities within our existing customer base. You will proactively engage with customers, conducting discovery calls to uncover their challenges and product usage. By mapping customer needs to DigiCert solutions, you will generate high-quality expansion opportunities that contribute to incremental Annual Contract Value (ACV). You will serve as an early touchpoint for assigned accounts, strengthening engagement and fostering deeper relationships. Your efforts will be instrumental in increasing product adoption and maximizing customer lifetime value, as you work closely with Account Managers and Customer Success teams to execute a coordinated expansion strategy.
