TripActions is seeking a Business Travel Consultant to provide exceptional travel support and enhance customer experiences. You'll utilize tools like Zendesk and Salesforce to assist users with their travel needs. This role is ideal for candidates residing in Portugal.
You are a customer-focused individual with a knack for resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. You possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and can effectively collaborate with internal teams to enhance the travel experience for users. Your ability to multitask and work independently allows you to troubleshoot urgent matters quickly, making you an asset to the Travel Experience team. You are comfortable using various tools, including Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce, to provide top-tier support. Your empathetic attitude and professional demeanor help you connect with travelers and understand their needs.
As a Business Travel Consultant, you will provide exceptional travel support via chat, calls, and emails, ensuring that travelers have a seamless experience. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge on suppliers, destinations, and systems to assist customers effectively. Your role will involve accurately handling hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings while guiding customers in self-service options on the Navan platform and app. You will respond promptly to inquiries, meeting SLA expectations, and follow company and customer policies to ensure global compliance. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings to discuss products, suppliers, and industry updates, providing valuable feedback to stakeholders on goal progress and key processes.
