Coupang is hiring a Rocket A/S Operation Manager to oversee the management and operation of installation services for large appliances. This role requires experience in quality improvement and operational efficiency.
You have experience in quality improvement, operational efficiency, and process enhancement — you understand how to manage and improve service operations effectively. You possess strong execution capabilities and organizational management skills, enabling you to oversee multiple service providers and ensure high standards of service delivery. You are familiar with performance metrics and have experience in managing service centers, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational success. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Experience in A/S-related work and a solid understanding of the appliance manufacturing or distribution business will be advantageous. You are someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can work closely with various stakeholders to achieve operational goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for A/S operations, ensuring that standard operating procedures (SOPs) are established and followed. You will manage a nationwide network of A/S centers, focusing on key performance indicators such as processing rates, customer satisfaction, and average repair times. Your role will involve enhancing A/S quality and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives. You will also support the operational management of partner companies that provide installation services, ensuring they meet the required standards and performance metrics.
